Our company is located in Jinli Town, Gaoyao City, which is a beautiful and richly endowed base of hardware in China with superior location and good transport facilities. We have over 1000 technical staff members and modern workshops of nearly 50,000 square meters. Our company also has 20 sets of automatic hot chamber die casting machines and 10 sets of automatic plastic injection molding machines. All metal stamping parts are manufactured with strict quality control. We have 20 assembly lines. Our company integrates R&D, design, die casting, injection molding, stamping, machining, plating surface treatment and assembly. We have advanced CAD/CAE/CAM design systems, several imported high speed CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, CNC EDM machines, wire cutting machines and all kinds of mold testing equipment. From design to manufacture, our products are accurate so as to meet customer's demands.

NanFang Metal Product Co., Ltd. now has nearly 50,000m2 in the area of its modern buildings. The company is integrated with R&D, design, die-casting, injection molding, stamping, machining, surface treatment electroplating and assembling. Its professional technical manufacture team, consisting of over 500 members, builds a rigorous and strong production system. In terms of all hardware stamping parts, we use fully automatic continuous production, and form over ten professional assembling production lines. Besides, we own several NC lathes, NC electric discharge machine, wire cutting machine, and various advanced mold inspection devices, which guarantee 100% accuracy from product design to manufacture and offer strong quality assurance to the product design and manufacture.

Our products can pass the six level and above of the 12-hour neutral salt spray test.
